Dr. Jeffrey Meilman, a plastic surgeon in
Buffalo, New York for twenty-five years, has become
internationally recognized and respected for his many
innovative and charitable surgeries. Dr. Meilman is a
graduate of the University of Rochester Medical School and is
active on the staff of many Buffalo hospitals. He has
had extensive surgical training at major universities
including McGill University, the University of Rochester, the
University of Illinois, Albany Medical School and the State
University of New York at Buffalo. He has special
training in cancer surgery at Roswell Park Memorial Institute
in Buffalo, New York. Dr. Meilman has been invited to
speak and to perform surgeries all over the world. He
has received numerous awards and has been recognized by many
organizations for his humanitarian work including the
prestigious Sir James Carreras Award from Variety Club
International and the Award for Excellence in Medicine from
the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Dr. Meilman
established the Hope For Tomorrow Foundation, a charitable
organization which has enabled many American and foreign
patients to receive needed plastic
